 INTRODUCTION What I propose with this narration is a brief collection of fables, partly taken from my book: "The most hidden treasure" and partly unpublished, whose main theme is the death. The reason why I have decided to write some histories in which this taboo of the western world is treated, is for exorcizing the fear to die. Until we won't succeed in finding the elixir of the long life, a thing can be foretold with certainty to anybody: " whoever is born, sooner or later he will die"; this prediction may afflict some and spur others, to give the best of themselves before the final event. Ever since we wonder us: “Does this cycle of life and death last only one time or is it endless? What does it happens later?” According to the Eastern people the reincarnation would exist, therefore one dies, but then he revives, nevertheless this cycle is not endless, it can happen in fact, in whatever moment of the life, the illumination and therefore to that point the human being, not having need to learn something anymore, won't revive on this earth again or, if he will do , it will be for his free choice to help the others to evolve. Nevertheless at that point there is a serious danger, for the initiate, that is the true death, the spiritual death, because if he who know, is knowingly wrong, in serious way, he won't revive anymore and will become a nothing . For the western people instead after the death the heaven or the hell will exist, the objective would be therefore that to well behave so as to reach the perennial comfort in the afterlife. In every case both the philosophical / religious orientations give us a hope and it is the life that always wins on the death. Just to feed this hope I have written these tales. In the text some fables are destined only to the children to help them to overcome the childish fears, others are also (or only) suitable for the adults to make them meditate on their condition of responsibility. The idea to realize this work was born from the fact that every evening when my daughter was little, I helped her to fall asleep telling her a fable, but since she always asked a different one, at last I went on inventing myself some of them ; and some of these stories I have decided to make them appear in this book. As the structure of the fable I have used the classical method and I have often used old plots, but I have introduced some updatings to be in step with the present times, since technologies evolve and the tastes as well. This book nevertheless doesn't speak only of fables, because it is just a R.B.O. (REALITY BOOK OPEN), namely a new literary kind that puts together different ways to write, for this motive, inside the work, you will not only find what you usually expect from a book of fables, but also "something else". This addition apparently out place is represented for instance: by a brief comment to an ancient popular legend, by a theatrical representation or some songs. This has been done with the intention to furnish some creative cue so that sooner or later someone decided to represent, to interpret, to set to music, to modify or to sing these histories, because this is one of the leitmotivs of the artistic movement (R.A.O. . Reality Art Open) to which I belong. That artistic movement , has in fact among its purposes, that to actively interact with the readers e/o to realize multi-media works, synergies and, why not in a moment of crisis like this one, to make money together, managing to the best the rights of author so that they are a stimulus and not brake to the creativeness (you find the method in the addendum n. 1) This work is presented at an experimental level, for this reason I have decided to apply the least price allowed for an e-book, both not to annoy those who didn't appreciate too much these novelties, both to get a great diffusion of the project.
