Le village s'appelle La Rougemûrière et c'est vraiment un nom étrange. Moi, je l'aurais appelé Désir ou bien Trépas. Je l'aurais appelé Sylvana.
Sylvana est le premier récit de La Comédie inhumaine. Chef-d'œuvre du fantastique francophone, La Comédie inhumaine est une saga de huit romans ou recueils, qui s'étend des années 1980 à nos jours, retraçant les rapports horrifiques de citoyens ordinaires avec la grande conspiration démoniaque.

[La] Comédie inhumaine est faite de romans et nouvelles unis par des liens subtils mais bien réels, d'un fantastique percutant, irrévérencieux, aux couleurs de la chair et du sang
Une histoire de vampire, mais moderne et débarrassée du lien avec la religion, du folklore de l'allergie à la croix, à la lumière etc. Ne reste que l'essentiel du mythe : le besoin de sang humain.
