Amazing Series!
This is the second book in the amazing Boys of the Bayou Series, a Romantic Comedy. This is a series of interconnected stories. Maddie and Owen’s Second Chance to Love is beautifully written, fun, emotional, and romantic. Maddie is lovely, feisty, and smart. Owen is sexy, handsome, and caring. They are perfect together. The cast of supporting characters is impressive. I love the family bond, and the friendship in this story. The scenery is well described, and breathtaking. The characters are wonderful, the storyline is captivating, and the ending is beautiful. Angie Hickman and Tanner De Bruyne did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listen to Beauty and the Bayou, the next book in the Series. #PinkFlamingoProductions #AudiobookObsession

Another stellar Bayou Boys book!!
I loved the adorable and heated story of Owen and Maddie. You delve deeper into the Bayou Boys and learn even more about them. Once again, good performances by selected narrators. I really enjoyed this listen and can't wait for more in the series!

second chance romance Bayou style!
I just love this family and how much love they all have for eachother. Who doesn't love a second chance love story with a Cajun flair to it??
Owen is the sweet laid back Landry and he's got a chance to get his first love Maddie, back when she comes back to the Bayou
There's only one problem... she's back to sell her portion of the Boys of the Bayou tour company.
He's got his work cut out for him since Maddie isn't the bayou girl who left all those years ago!
As you can imagine, craziness, comedy and some alligators scares are part of the story of this couple's HEA!!
Both narrators were new to me and I had a hard time getting invested in the audio, but thankfully, Erin, is a fabulous storyteller and I loved this book!

Maddie is determined to prove her investor is what the boys need, sell and head back to California but Owen is equally determined to get her to stay in the bayou.
The Landry family is one of a kind, that's for sure. Owen and Maddie's story was good. I like how their memories of the past reminded Maddie of the craziness and fun she used to have in the bayou. I loved Owen's easy-going, make everything easier for his loved ones attitude. This family is easily becoming a go-to family for a good time. I am looking forward to more craziness from the Landry family and their bayou hijinks.
Audio: This was my first experience with both of these narrators and while I enjoyed Tanner's voice, I was not overly fond of Angie's voice.

Enjoyable story but female narration not good
Enjoyable story! Loved that she cones back and plans to leave but Everything gets in her way. The laughs are the things she has done to protect Owen then and now.
I listened to this on audio. Tanner De Bruyne and Angie Hickman are the narrators. I love listening to Tanner and wish he could have done the whole thing. Angie is a new to me narrator but I did jot like her and would have considered returning if I wasnt past my window. She is very robotic sounding and it did get on my nerves.

Sweet Home Louisiana
Oh how I do love those bayou boys! This series is awesome so far with some great characters that grab you heart and don’t let go. The push and pull these two had was the perfect combination and watching them let their guards down again was just what I needed for my little getaway from real life.

Another Fun-Filled Bayou Adventure
I loved this story!! This is a great second chance romance between Bayou easy-going sexy brother Owen and the beautiful, strong-willed, fiery Madison. Maddy is such fun!!! She has a mind of her own, not just giving in to any man. She is pulled home after the death of her brother to spend 30 days at the family business in order to sell it, but she has to get through not only 30 days of memories, but 30 days with the tempting and sexy Own who has always lit her world up like the fire she once set to defend him.
This is a must read/Listen! tanner and Angie do an amazing job with the narration! This was another great book in the series that isn't too similar to the first one, keeping the story original and fresh. #AudiobookObsessionReviewer

The narrator 😩
The male had a pretty obvious Canadian or Minnesotan accent which is pretty far off from a southern drawl. The female was decent.

Great story, but…
Narrators need to speak “SOUTHERN“! Pronunciations of several words threw the whole dialogue off! Especially for this born and bred southern woman.
