Absolutely Heart-Wrenching Auditory Pleasure
Survivor always puled hard on my heart strings, and I find that its effect has magnified with the addition of two amazing narrators. This story was always going to wreck me because I was dying to know what was going on with Jack and Sophie. They has such a beautiful spark in their past that had been marred by such ugliness. However, Jack has been the one in the dark the entire time. Poor guy thinks his one and only girl is a callous, hateful lady when she is still his same sweetheart. in fact, she is the hero of this story. She had more courage then most to do what she did to Jack and disappear. He saw it as a display of her lack of love for him when her actions speak volumes of the opposite except he doesn't see it because she won't share her secret with him. This is her way of protecting those she loves the most, and they all have no clue. Be still my heart, but I wish I had such an awesome friend as Sophie.
Emma Wilder and Aiden Snow demolished my heart with their superb performance! What a fabulous job these two did to make this story shimmer and shine! I couldn't have asked for more to be totally honest! They blew me away and made me fall in love with these breathtaking characters once again and forever!

4.5 Second Chance Stars!
This book is a heartbreakingly beautiful tale of second chances at life and love. This story opens with Sophie breaking into her childhood home to retrieve some papers only to be confronted by Jack. So begins the mystery and intrigue involving these past lovers. I enjoyed how it was told in alternating past and present sequence allowing the reader to truly experience every event and emotion Jack and Sophie felt. Ms Blanchard skillfully addresses a very tragic and painful topic with honesty and compassion. This story is raw, bold, and emotional but also rejuvenating and hopeful. Jack and Sophie were madly in love and planning for their future. When tragedy strikes they are ripped apart. It takes another tragedy to bring them back together, but is it too late? Will they be able to mend ten years of pain and betrayal? Emma Wilder, and Aiden Snow did a great job portraying Sophie and Jack. They felt so honest and authentic as they brought out the strength of both characters as they faced such horrific adversity. I enjoyed their banter and their chemistry was explosive. This is a fast paced suspenseful journey that is exhilarating and emotional and I enjoyed every minute of it.

make sure you have a Kleenex handy
Nicole Blanchard ripped me apart and glued me back together. Get ready to experience the terror, pain, uncertainty, exceptance and love this story throws at you. If the author is Nicole Blanchard the story is a must read. Emma Wilder and Aiden Snow, no words can express well enough their portrayals of these characters.

2nd chance love, oh so sweet
10 yrs ago, everything was good in Jack’s world...he was heading out to boot camp and the girl he loved was starting college. They made plans for the future...together. Until she ripped his heart out and broke up with him the night before he shipped out. Now he’s helping her younger brothers pick up the pieces after the death of their mother...and trying to convince her that taking custody of the boys is the right thing to do. Sofie was in love and making plans 10 yrs ago...until a monster changed her life and she ran away. Now she’s back home to raise her brothers, while trying to avoid Jack. Of course, that’s easier said than done since Jack has been a big part of their lives while she was gone. But she must resist the chemistry between them because the monster is back. Will Jack allow this second chance with Sofie to get away or will he fight this time around? Love Sofie and Jack’s families...very supportive and funny. This was a great series.

Love these narrators!
Liked this story and phenomenal narration! I love suspense and intrigue and this story gives you that! Aiden Snows voice is deep and sexy and Emma Wilder is wonderful!

Wow! Suspenseful and Beautiful!
This was my first book from this author, and won't be my last. This is the third book in the First to Fight Series. Wow! I loved this second chance to love. Jack and Sophie are great characters. Sophie's story is heartbreaking. She's a strong and beautiful character. Jack is handsome, protective and supportive. The secondary characters are great, and Sophie's brothers are cute. The storyline is suspenseful, filled with twists and turns. I love the Epilogue. Emma Wilder and Aiden Snow did an amazing job with the narration! I love their voices together. I highly recommend it! Now, I’m looking forward for more books written by this author, and narrated by these narrators!

Amazing
This book has captured all the emotions of a strong determined leading lady. With so much strength and compassion these characters are by far my favourites. I do feel like I say that with every book!! A brilliant performance from both narrators.

Nope
I really didn't like any of the stories in this series. Most of the time the women acted like doormats for any man they came in contact with.
