I liked this for memory
I enjoyed this audiobook for the memory boost and clarity. How I got the boost I'm not sure, but I know that I'm more easily giving better effort towards remembering things.

Wonderful hypnosis, good for memory and clarity
I like the effects this hypnosis has on memory and clarity in general. I don't know if it's an awareness thing or something else, but I've definitely had an easier time with memory recall and getting rid of mental fog.

I love the mind hack this audio provides. It's something different, makes you very aware of your thoughts and sometimes the fact that you're relying on technology too much and can use your memory much, much more than you currently are.
