A Spanish foreign entity is organizing a group of terrorists to attack the White House and kill the President, his cabinet, and all the high-ranking Senators and House members. Because of a treaty with Spain, and the laws of the land, we cannot eliminate them on their embassy grounds. President Grant is asking for help. Two delegates have been killed. The Spanish are suspected of their deaths.
While dealing with the Spanish threat, Charles must deal with the nephew of a mob boss that he had eliminated in New York that is determined to wipe out every member of his family and take over the businesses.
