Great story, do not rate the virtual voice high
Loved the story the characters, plot. Writer one of the few who understands and must have lived in Southern Africa.
Virtual voice not so great, missed the afrikaans pronounciation and a few of the common names were dificult to decipher, like Ndlovu and Geldenhuys. Also lacks underdanding of the story and portraying it with emotion, rather it becomes monotonous sentence

meh
The computer generated audio was very distracting and often with inappropriate intonation and pronunciation. The characters were poorly developed and the timeframe of the books were difficult to discern. The main character presented as a pulp fiction character like Alan Quartermain or Doc Savage. I couldn't relate to him as he presented as a character out of time in the presented framework.
