A very spiritual and cleansing experience
Where does Spiritual Journey rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I was impressed with the content of each hypnosis the first time I listened to them, though I just let myself drift during the second time of listening. I couldn't help but feel like I was helping myself from within. I tend to forget to take care of myself and let other responsibilities take over my entire week. This was a chance for me to focus on ME, instead of the million other things that needed to get done. I'm glad I made the time, because I felt wonderful after each session.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Spiritual Journey?
Each hypnosis is 20 minutes long or so, which means I didn't need oodles of time to finish them. I had actually not checked how long they were before starting and was happy to realize I had enough time for both. There is a lot of music, which can be skipped if you don't sit after hypnosis and let the effects linger. I personally enjoyed sitting for some time afterwards and just being with myself. It does wonders and I don't know why I don't just sit with myself more often.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
After the cleansing hypnosis, I felt like I was really being purified from within. It was kind of a rush and a calming feeling all at once. Paying attention to my inner world within distractions is such a therapeutic feeling. There is so much beauty in the mere act of checking in on yourself.
Any additional comments?
It is a great set. Effective hypnosis and serene soundtracks. Give yourself atleast 40 minutes if you want to complete both. But really, you can just set aside 20 minutes in the morning for one, skip the soundtrack and be on your way. It's convenient, effective and quite relaxing. I recommend it.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LENGTH!!!
What would have made Spiritual Journey better?
Be honest about the book length. I purchased this because it was over 2 hours long. I was surprised to find out 113 minutes of the book is just background music filler.
What could Hypnosis Therapy have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
fully fill in the "missing" 113 minutes better.
How could the performance have been better?
The book advertises that it is 2 hours and 20 minutes long. I expected about 2 full hours of hypnotherapy. However, the reality is, there is a total of 35 minutes of hypnotherapy and a full 113 minutes of "filler" background music. The two sessions that make up the 35 minutes are only 19 and 16 minutes long each. Typical self-hypnosis sessions last 30-60 minutes. I thought I was getting two 1-hour sessions, not a 19 and 16 minute session. I would never have purchased this if I knew the actual length.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
I don't think the short time is even long enough to get into a relaxed state, let alone have any redeeming self-hypnosis value.

This book, and others in it's series, should be removed from your site unless they are advertised with accurate information. I truly felt "scammed" by the description.
