About this listen

This book Souls Amongst Lions: Battle In The Valley Of Death is about my own experience of others I met who suffered in the hands of their mothers, siblings and in-laws. In this book I touch on marriages between refugees and citizens. My own experience and that of my husband and child has been a painful one. My mother rejecting me for marrying a foreigner. Ganging up with her children, their spouses and children against me, my husband and child. Also recruiting her relatives, friends and some people in the community to reject me. She also hired some stalkers to monitor me and my child. She treated me like a mental ill person. She prevented people from helping me financially. Many people who knew me wanted to assist me financially. She told them lies, that I was bewitched, not normal anymore. My crime was to marry the man I love, a foreign man in her eyes. Mother wanted me for herself. To rule me as she wish. I also talk about people I met mostly those who suffer for marrying men from Africa. These are the lower class people. Higher class people do not suffer because they have money and they stay in suburbs. Those who stay in townships, squatter camps and villages are the ones who feel the heat of rejection. This book is different to the Reigning Of The Refugee, The Citizens Bow To The Refugees and Beyond Four Boarders that I already published. I spent four years without my husband. This was the time my mother, brother and sister and their crew taunted and mocked my Christian faith. "If you can fast and pray why don’t you pray that God bring your husband back"! I suffered so much torment, as though lions were tearing my soul apart . There was a time I got sick. My mother would phone her children and relatives and promise to notify them soon of my death. My mother’s obsession with me was some kind of madness. What is good about serving God of heaven is that no one under the sun can manipulate Him. While my mother and her gang thought they were controlling me, God was giving me strength and ability to write books. I met people who contributed greatly to my life. God sent people to encourage me when I was down. God still speaks to His children today.
