A great guide that will help you see what is behind your constant social media use and how that can be not good for you at all. I very much appreciated the detailed neuroscience insights and the actionable steps on how to gain freedom. don't underestimate what social media can do to you if you consume it without reflection.

Finally Taking Back My Time

I had no idea how hooked I was until this book broke it down in a way that actually made sense. The part about dopamine and rewiring your brain was eye-opening. I’ve been way more focused and present since applying just a few of the tips. Totally worth it if you're tired of mindless scrolling!

Exactly what I didn’t know I needed

Essential for Digital Age and Taking Back Control

I found this audiobook at the perfect time. I have already been more aware of my addiction just to my phone but this adds even more depth and complexity. I have been watching myself and when i go grab my phone to check social media. While I use social media for professional purposes - content marketing, etc. I still use it mindlessly and passively way too much. I love how the hypnosis meditations really dig deep into the phychological reasons we are addicted to checking and being on social media. I keep returning to the meditations daily to help keep me on track and curb the cravings.
