One part I really enjoyed focused on debunking myths and common misconceptions about insomnia. I learned a lot here. While I was aware of the various health consequences of insomnia, such as diabetes and heart disease, this material also explained why these issues occur. The information is presented clearly and organized, and the narrator's pleasant voice makes the listening experience enjoyable.
