Every part of this book was great. The story line, character development and suspense. I could not put it down.

I would recommend to book clubs and anyone looking for an exciting read..

This book was exceptional!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would and have. It's got a different vibe than a lot of books written by and for women. I'm not really into the whole chick flick style, and I openly admit to being prejudiced against female writers (and I am one...go fig), but this book made me care about the leads, not just wait for someone to die.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Well, it kept me listening. I needed to know what came next, which is the whole goal of good storytelling.

Have you listened to any of Helen Keeley’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I'm not sure, but her performance here was adequate.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Lost or found?

Hooray! Women who don't cry all the time!

Hard to put down, or stop listening rather. Good enough book to purchase another from the author :-)

Somewhat unpredictable

Loved it! It had a twist that I wasn't expecting! I kept trying to guess and got it wrong everytime. Although. I loved the book, I think it could have done without all the Fbombs. no reason for it at all.

Loved it!

For me their was shoot to start. I almost never listen to a book unless I'm in my car. I was so interested that I turned it on in the house twice to catch up and then to finish this book. So, keep going by it gets worth it.

Give it a Chance

I couldn't stop listening, I just had to know what was going on and was uncertain until the end. The reader did a beautiful job. She read with different accents and was very emotional and dramatic!

Loved it!

For a lawyer. Ms. Fortin sure paints our heroine in an incompetent light. Has Claire ever heard of a camera? Shes a lawyer for sugars sake!! Pictures, take a flipping picture!!! EVIDENCE!! I know that Brits can be naive compared to Americans however, is it not obtaining Evidence that is the #1 essential in being an attorney!?!? Good book though. Narrator could be less monotone at times but generally a good read. Ms. Fortin's others are way better though :)

Naive British Women

This was nothing new, boiler-plate, boring gone viral. I waited for just one original plot twist, but she rode the line to the bitter end.

AGAIN?
