A beautiful book for a healing journey!

I love a book that can explain medical and scientific research in a way I can understand it. This book does that but it also makes think deeply in my own journey and makes me realize how far I have come instead of making me feed defeated because I’m not there yet! Thank you Dr. Batisete ❤️

youtube interviews were better than the book, I was specking to get more detailed info in the book
