More nourishing rest

The thing about sleep that many people don’t realize is that even though we are unconscious, we still take in information from things around us, such as sounds and movements. This is one of the reasons that many people find it hard to get a solid nights sleep when staying in an unknown place out of town, for example (we are subconsciously on high alert!). But this can also work in our favor as Transcendence Publications helps us realize by offering audio tranquility that not only soothes us into effortless rest, but serves to slow down our brain waves so we can come out of a high-beta state and into alpha and below. My favorite thing about this title was that, as a very regimented individual, it seems really easy to implement into a nightly ritual where I can put it on loop and bring about much deeper and more nourishing sleeps than ever before.

Excellent tool for sleep!

"Self-Hypnosis Meditation for Sleep Magnetism" is ideal for those of us with sleep issues. I've tried lots of different methods to get me to sleep but I've found that guided meditation works best for me. This book is very well done and also gets the job done! This book is good people just starting out or for those with more experience. If you want to use this for anxiety too, it totally works. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

Excellent tool for Relaxation and Rest!

This audiobook is a great tool for rest and relaxation, the narration was soothing. Listening to this audiobook is calming and helps with anxiety and relaxation as well as helps you get a great nights sleep! I never thought of using hypnosis before as a method to end the racing thoughts and help overcome sleep issues but this book was incredible and got the job done! I wake up more rested and ready to start the day. Highly Recommend!

This is a fantastic tool to have in your tool bel. It not only will help combat anxiety, overwhelm, and racing thoughts, but it will also help you get a good night's sleep, waking up refreshed and ready to take on the world! I highly recommend this hypnosis and meditation book; the author and narrator did a great job! It is a wonderful gift for those with overwhelm, burnout, and struggling with insomnia. This book can help you get your sleep

Nothing is worse that not being able to sleep when you need to rest. The problem is your mind can prevent you from falling asleep hours before you get ready for bed by the time you lay down it’s too late. However this book can help you get the rest you need and want. It will help you get your mind in the right state before you go to bed. I highly recommend it.
