About this listen

In this first novel of the Perpetual Series, Matthew, a dreamer with a savant-like gift for science, who envisions a safer and cleaner world, and Maria, a Spanish beauty intrigued with the criminal mind, run for their lives across America’s eastern seaboard - fleeing sinister forces of evil.

A startling revelation begins each book, followed by a cliff-dive into a pool of multifaceted and exciting characters, situations, and conflicts. Once back to the top of the cliff, we find Matthew and Maria hanging on for dear life.

Three intertwined plots twist around a compelling puzzle of subplots for a challenging and fun listen. Stay tuned for the impending release of Perpetual books four and five. Enjoy the ride!

These are great stories and I really like how they're linked to the Katahdin region of Maine. Adam does a great job reading and changing voices when needed. Just a few words need some minor tweaks, like the library at the University of Maine. Fogler Library has a long o sound, which seems different from how it's spelled. I hope the other two books get done by audible.

Fun read.
