About this listen

After the fall of the Sanctuary—and the loss of the boy she loved—Gemma Alcott is a shadow of who she once was. Now living in Winter’s Dam, she takes up Letty Webb’s mantle, offering weary subversives a safe place to land in the quiet corners of a bookstore. It gives her purpose, something to hold on to. But no matter how many people she helps, she can’t outrun the grief—or the haunting question that won’t let her go: What if Taylor Nolan is still alive?

When armed men storm the bookstore in the middle of the night, Gemma prepares for another prison cell. But these aren’t Task Force soldiers—they’re rebels. Former law enforcement officers who believe the time for hiding is over. Inspired by Gemma’s defiant message broadcast to the nation months earlier, they’ve launched a secret resistance with one goal: to liberate the detention centers.

But rebellion has its enemies. When a megachurch is bombed and a prominent pastor is shot, Gemma becomes the prime suspect. As the Task Force tightens its grip and a hidden enemy works to dismantle the movement from within, Gemma is thrust into the heart of a war she never asked to lead.

To save what remains, she must risk everything—her freedom, her future, and the fragile hope that love still has the power to resurrect what was lost.

Salvation is the breathtaking conclusion to The Subversive Trilogy—a story of faith under fire, the resilience of the human spirit, and the God who brings life out of ruin.

I personally could hardly wait for this series to all be out on audio. It didn’t disappoint. The author has such a flair for describing that you will literally be able to smell, taste, and so much more! This story is riveting and the characters are literally from all dimensions of life. The audio version makes these books come alive. Can’t wait to read more from this author!

Soooo interesting!

Salvation is Book 3 in the Subversive Trilogy by Raena Rood. This inspirational series is amazing. Christianity is outlawed and the military is arresting and imprisoning all "subversives". The end of book 2 everything is up in the air and in this last book, the author must put everything back together, leave no loose ends, and end an outstanding series with everyone happy! Raena Rood delivers a fabulous book that left me happy and satisfied. I have read and listened to all 3 books. Paige Servi has done an exceptional narration and I believe that her performance brings the book to life.

Fantastic Completion

It was really a good end to a great story, everything works out in the end for those who believe, sometimes we lose everything but we can only carry on and hope for the best, I really enjoyed this story and this characters, for a moment there I thought Gemma was just going into the lions mouth, but it was really God's will and everything worked for the best, really recommend this book

I so enjoyed the reading of this book. It was inspiring even as it was describing a little bit of the way our world views Christians. Please write more

Great read

I keep getting stuck. The story seems to be more about Gemma and Taylor than anything else. Plus, Taylor isn't a Christian. Why is it okay for them to be so close and intimate? Not to mention Gemma wronged Gavin. As a Christian, she should have repented to Gavin and properly broke things off. The story is just not realistic for Christians being persecuted. I told myself I would try one more time. Unfortunately, this is not a book I would recommend.
