a real treat in guidance- despite silly title

The recording is less than 90 minutes and is designed specifically for listening to while driving. Sylvia Boorstein is teacher and a guide in every-day mindfulness. I love the sound of her voice, her conversational approach and the mirth and honesty in her teaching through story telling. It's funny to call it teaching. She really is a guide who reminds you that all the peace and clarity is within you. She reminds you.
