About this listen

One of the finest gifts you can give to your children is the powerful force of generational blessings pursuing them. This book describes how you can appropriate the blessings already in your family line, then widen and deepen the stream of blessings so your children have more to draw from than you did. Unfortunately, we rarely see that level of impact. Why is God's powerful tool so ineffective in our generation? There are at least three reasons. One is that too often our generational curses neutralize the power of the blessings. Second, we usually don't know how to access the blessings that are there. Third, we try to access them for selfish purposes, rather than for Kingdom purposes. This book develops the theology of generational blessings. Arthur explores what a generational blessing is, how it is accrued and how it is accessed. More important, though, is the role of these blessings in empowering us to possess our birthright. The second half of the book looks to the future. There are things you can do in your generation to widen and deepen the stream of generational blessings for your children and grandchildren, so they have more to draw from than you did.

Insightful Read…

Arthur Burk assisted God in opening my heart and mind regarding how and why the Lord distributed and distributes generational blessings. This book reassures my decisions to always choose obedience rather than human rationale…I can go on and on about all of the takeaways, the perspectives and how I can apply them daily as a Believer.

Read immediately after Deliverance from demonic curses and covenants.

A wonderful book on how God's desire is for us to live in His blessings and passing those on to our children. I will definitely listen again to write down some of the scriptures. He talks a little fast, so slow his audio down a bit.

My only critique is that there is a lot of scripture given, however none of those scriptures are quoted, so you have to go to the Bible app and type in the phrases to find the stories he's talking about. Maybe these are written in the physical copy? For a person who is not well versed in their Bible, they probably wouldn't pick up on all the times he quotes something from the Bible. So I'm going to listen again so I can look up and have context to some of the things he says.

Overall it was a great book. I will be purchasing the physical copy.
