About this listen

As Christians, we know we’re supposed to be holy, set apart, and different than the world. But the reality is, the lives of many Christians look a lot more like the culture than like Christ. The question the devout are seeking today is, what does it really look like to follow Christ in a culture of darkness? In this short book, Dale Partridge assaults the watered-down, lukewarm Christianity that is harbored in many modern churches and replaces it with the raw, biblical Gospel found in the New Testament.

This book is a terrific antidote to easy believes in the modern church. It also gets to the proper idea of Lordship.

loved this book, love that Dale read it too, his voice is easy to listen to and doesn't tend to turn to background noise for me.

a really great book.

I’m trying to wrap my head around a message that is effectively that Christianity is sacrifice and suffering while the man writing and telling his story is selling his stuff for gazillions of dollars and talking about his vacations to his cabin. There’s a Fundamental walk the talk Problem existing between the man and the story.

Irony
