I’ve tried to quit smoking so many times. Gum. Even patches. Nothing really worked long-term. I always went back to it when I was stressed or upset. Then I found this audiobook. I have been determined to quit smoking for the past 10 years with many failed attempts. It is the hardest thing I have tried to do in my life. Learning about EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, has been the easiest thing I have done in my life. Listening to this audiobook taught me all about how to change the way I think about the habit of smoking in general but also taught me the emotional triggers that cause me to want to smoke and deal with the withdrawals when they come knocking. Then it's time to quit and 5-minute EFT's are available whenever you need them to fight those cravings, keep your stress level at bay, motivate you, and be in your corner whenever you feel the urge to light one up. I am going on three days now and going strong so far thanks to this audiobook!
