Excellent! Scientific and Empathic makes Mr. Kirsten a star!
Mr. Kirsten is very obviously a scientist and a healer’s soul mixed genuinely. Just starting this and have already noticing profound changes in my perceptions about smoke and smoking (tobacco. The other I’ll never quit ;) Is there any information you might share on the techniques you utilize behind your voice? I notice my heartbeat matching the ping pong delay quickly and consistently. Why is it when we arrive at real messages time there is an ongoing shift between Maj3rd and min3rd and then a bit of in between. What is the technique behind this? Do you tune to A440, A432 or something else entirely? Thank you for your work Max. I’ve listened enough times I feel we are brothers!

6 years and counting!!!!
Max Kirsten IT Works!!!!! My daughter asked me to quit smoking 6 years ago. I told her I would and I meant it. That night, I quit, I found this audiobook, quickly downloaded it and I listened to it the first night. Got up the next morning through away all my ash trays, cigarettes and lighters. I was determined that I was Going to quit smoking and I did! I listened to this every night for about 2 months, then 2-3 times per week for a few more months and then once a week on the weekends for a few more and I owe it all to this audiobook, and hypnosis by Max Kirsten!
I can’t recommend this audiobook to enough people!!!

Works Wonders
Loved it, it really works. The narrator's voice is calm & soothing. I sleep great & don't think about cigarettes when I wake up. This is a great tool for your non-smoking journey.

Made it surprisingly easy!
I would not and do not consider myself a suggestible person. That being said, I believe this audio book was intrinsic to my success. I had smoked 25 years and although I did quit during my pregnancies, quitting on a random day seemed impossible. Its been 2 months since I smoked a cigarette. I still listen, as I did from listen one, at night with my iPod as I drift off to sleep. I know there are parts I have not heard on a conscious level, yet I feel as if they are sinking in anyway. I would recommend this to anyone who is truly ready to quit a nasty habit and just needs a little help being brave. Thank you SO much Max, my two sons are very grateful too!

weird echo is so distracting...
I could barely get through this, the reverb that the sound engineers added to this is so awful. Especially on a phone. I haven't "plugged into my stereo" yet because this is 2021, but maybe that will make a difference?
