Green Hornet
About this listen
The Green Hornet debuted on a Detroit station, WXYZ, on January 31, 1936, and later aired on the Mutual and ABC Blue networks until its final broadcast on December 5, 1952. The masked crime fighter was the secret identity of newspaper publisher Britt Reid, who relied on his valet, Kato, and a supercharged roadster, the Black Beauty. Al Hodge portrayed The Green Hornet during the series' first seven seasons, followed by Donovan Faust, Robert Hall, and Jack McCarthy. The series was created by the same team that brought The Lone Ranger to the air.

Good One
Each episode or story is just corny enough to make you smile. Relax and just listen to comic book adventure of the Green Hornet.

It Really is a Matter of Time and Puzzling story
Where does Question of Time rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is another episode that ranks up there as one of the best! Very appropriately titled too!!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Why Britt Reid/The Green Hornet of course! However Gunigun and Kato were outstanding as well!
What does the narrator bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
A sense of drama and urgency, very enjoyable to listen to!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The answer as to how things worked in the end, it was so incredible and I missed that clue along the way.
Any additional comments?
One of my favorite Radio Spirits episodes now, and I am sure it would be one of yours too!
