About this listen
Dear Listener, We see you, a would-be but reluctant swimmer, standing at the edge of the pool, toes curled around the concrete lip, hesitating.
Let us say this: Timidity is not helpful here. Just dive in.
LISTEN TO THE BLASTED BOOK!
(We are not angry, just wanting to convey emphasis.).—Pliny
That is Pliny, the voice that introduced itself to me several years ago as the collective energies known as Pliny the Elder, who was also an actual person living in first century Rome. As a discarnate entity, he's jovial, witty, irreverent, charming, and likes to explain things to me through a lens of quantum physics. Most of our conversations are about health and disease, and he has been immensely helpful to me in dealing with my diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
We hope that this book not only inspires you to see illness from a different perspective, but also encourages you to converse with your own personal and dedicated discarnate guides who are sitting on your living room couch right now, just waiting and wanting to be of help. Let them.

Healer, Heal Thyself
This really isn't a "self help" book. It is more of a ";listen and learn and apply the revelations, where needed". This is also an entertaining read. These writings opened the door I had closed a ong time ago. Many unanswered questions are now laid to rest. I am forever grateful for confirmations, wisdoms and Joy's shared experiences. Thiese words here within revealed, have given me the hope, and inspiration to continue in the direction I had deemed useless at one time. Thank you Joy Graham for allowing your beautiful, vulnerable self to allow Pliny to come through and help not only yourself, but alos many others! Thank you!
