 A photog, on an early morning boat trip to photograph the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, finds a dead body—the beautiful, 26 year-old, Victoria Rockwell—floating face up in the Indiana River near Disappearing Island. In his short time remaining, McCain scrambles to solve the murder, help Johnson extract her son Deshon from a murder rap and find a way to salvage his job.
