I hate to leave a bad review, but this really was a complete waste of 45 minutes. I know that's really too short to get deeply into a topic anyway, but this book gave advice like "hug your loved ones" and "take breaks from work".....really just surface-level random thinfs that in no way address the cause or true way out of perfectionism. almost like an elementary school paper on the topic, cleaned up to sound more adult but still with no true advanced content. Skip it if you're looking for actual insight and tools on making changes.

So basic and not helpful at all
