I love this audiobook.
Most other books use narrators with rough voices, but in this one, the narrator's voice is so calm and soothing that you get rapt in the story.

This is Exactly What I Needed
The strategies and exercises in this audiobook were exactly what I needed. They're easy to understand and put into practice. Plus, the science backed information gives it credibility.
