Too surface and non ADHD-specific
This is largely just pop psychology. If you know anything about RSD you know all of this already. Largely just tells you to practice mindfulness, do CBT and find supportive people. And tells you what to do in a simplified, just do X manner, rather than actually really talking in depth about the challenges of RSD. The only chapter that felt useful was the leadership chapter.
