Very helpful
This is a very good book for someone like me who, despite medication for adhd, struggles to get organized especially at home. This book goes into great depth on the things that you can do to help get started and get things organized.

ADHD people can live organized
I really enjoyed this book. It was very easy to understand and she has a nice pleasant voice. I am excited to try the exercises and some, I already do. It was nice to realize that I'm not the only one who thinks differently than the average non-ADHD person.

I recommend this!
This is a step by step guide to help you get organized and stay that way. I love how it recommends to do each chapter or chunk on consecutive days so it doesn't overwhelm you and cause your ADHD to paralyze you.

My favorite book for ADHDers!
I absolutely loved this book. The author explains every step perfectly, keeping the ADHD issues in focus the entire time.
My favorite part of this book is at the end of each chapter, the focus zones! I think the Focus Zone with the Procedure explained in such a way that you can't go wrong following and attempting to organize with ADHD. As if that is not the best thing ever, there are the Key Chapter Takeaways for each part as well. I will be listening to this book again and again, as I found it to be like having a friend walk me through the steps to an organized home and life, living with ADHD challenges. Thank You to the author,, Kai M. Jordan. It is my new favorite book on living and succeeding with ADHD.

The Techniques Needed To Control ADHD - Read & App
This is an amazing book. I'm going to listen to it again to gain even more from it. First, it has helped me understand that many of the issues I've been having over my life are related to my ADHD. Second, many of the excellent techniques she provides in the book are similar to the ones I've been using to control my life. I wish I had this information and understood it when I was growing up back in the 1050's. I didn't realize I might have ADHD until around 2015 and I wasn't officially diagnosed with ADHD until 2022. Kai M. Jordan’s book, ‘Organizing Your Home and Life with ADHD’ is a huge step in the right direction for controlling my ADHD.
