Years ago, after suffering a humiliatingly large dumb tax, it dawned on me that I have a seemingly unlimited ability to hit unforced errors and sabotage my business and financial success. A powerful reminder that there is no sexy quick fix.
As a marketing director, you are constantly bombarded with these sexy, complex ideas and marketing tactics. This book is a reminder to do what is obvious. Stop looking for the silver bullet, and start doing what is right in front of you. People are just people. That’s it.
