Do you ride the escalator or do you take the stairs? No matter how you define success, it always requires one thing: self-discipline. But as popular speaker and strategist Rory Vaden explains, we live in an "escalator world", one that's filled with shortcuts, quick fixes, and distractions that make it all too easy to slide into procrastination, compromise, and mediocrity. What seems like an easier path is really much harder in the end - and, most important, it won't take you where you want to go.

Best People Skills Book on the Market Today
Would you listen to Navigate 2.0 again? Why?
YES! I've listened to it 6 times already. This book is the text book of people skills and serving your clients
What was one of the most memorable moments of Navigate 2.0?
Making the connection between my personality and selling the way I like to buy. Adjusting the way I sell to the way others like to buy.
What about Dustin Hillis’s performance did you like?
Dustin and Steve did a fantastic job with the structure and layout of the book. It really comes together like THE TEXTBOOK of People Skills.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I did listen to it all in one sitting one of the 6 times.
Any additional comments?
If you want to learn how to better work with your clients, team, parents, kids, friends, enemies, loved ones...etc. Read this book and apply it. It works. Navigating your relationships is a muscle that you build over time. I am keeping a notebook of my interactions and what I think the person is. Then I'm applying the suggested communication. This book as worked wonders in all of my relationships.

A must read for selling more
There is a lot of information out there on identifying different personality types but Dustin and Steve are the ONLY PEOPLE training sales people how you serve more and sell more to the different personality types. I'm buying the hardback book since I'm sure I'll refer back to the contents over and over again.

The description says the author reads this book and he does not. The person who reads it sounds very traditional sales. However the information is extremely valuable and well worth putting up with the TV salesmans voice.

Good for beginners and advance. Great message on serving your prospects and making sales a great career. I'm in SaaS sales and I recommend it for the various personalities we work with. His voice did get annoying to me at times but overall great speed and tone. Will reread in the future!
