Slower than slow life
The story, while overall a slow life, fantasy tinged novel, it meanders on small tangents, that dont ultimately serve or love the story.
There’s an entire part of a chapter about someone dropping papers in the street, trying to gather them, and later, missing the most important paper, which affect the story not at all, because the character remembered the general gyst.
The core of the story so far could take maybe 2 books at a stretch, the unnecessary tangents take up the other 3.
The AI translation was overall okay, but stumbled heavily over any grammatical errors a person would have caught, and there were no variations on the voices of the characters.

magic elven swords?
great book great story I'm happy I was able to get this book. and the story The boy has two magic elven swords but never ask what kind of magic the swords have in them. I've been waiting since the first book to find out what kind of magic is in the swords and here it is the fourth book and they still don't tell you. he is supposed to be an adult and a child's body but the whole time he still acts like a child. overall the book kept me interested to the very end. hopefully there will be another book to give it a conclusion to the story

Falls short
Interesting plot and sub plots. Would have liked more development. The former husband and father grooming little girls and being unaware of it is creepy.
AI voice is better than most but constant mispronounciation of words and symbols was a distraction. The AI also lacks voice inflections and cannot convey emotions or intentions.

Held my Attention
Four volumes in and I am still just as intrigued by the story. There are a lot of fun story building going on but some of the excitement is lost by Virtual voice errors. Overall really strong though

Nice
Nice leisurely listen. No regrets other than the virtual voice thing. Good isekai. Would recommend to friends.

Absolutely hooked
Thought provoking and heart warming, I haven’t been able to put the series down. Legitimately got sad when I realized I had caught up in the series.
I’m very excited to see what Gil brings to the world next.
My only nitpick is the AI voiceover, there’s been servers times it pronounces a word incorrectly for the context it’s used in.

no way this was written by a woman
the story was fine. it would be immensely improved if they stopped showing their annoying pedo stuff down our throats. supposedly an adult but unable to tell the preteens--several of them--fall in love instantly in love with gil...for reasons-- disgusting
