About this listen
Klarinda Snow is the innkeeper of a beautiful, historic bed and breakfast in Windy Pines, Idaho. Guests come to Mistletoe Manor to escape from their troubles while enjoying the scenic mountain town.
When all seven rooms of the inn get booked on a Tuesday night in December, Klarinda is excited about having so much business, but a little confused as well. After all, her inn normally isn't exactly a destination hotspot.
The guests have barely settled in before strange things begin happening. Is this the most accident prone group of travelers ever, or is someone out for revenge?

Outstanding Mystery
Murder at Mistletoe Manor is the most enjoyable audiobook I have listened to all year. These characters were so easy to relate to. We all have met these sorts in our lives, and cant help but just love them, or, honestly, despise them. The inn was portrayed quite vividly, and I would love to spend time there, especially on a snowy night with the fireplace going! The answer to the mystery of the invitations and the murders was so well hidden, with many twists, that I never guessed correctly until the end. This was an extremely enjoyable story, and I highly recommend it anyone who enjoys a great puzzler of a mystery.
In closing I would like to say that the narration was top notch! He has such a talent with portraying multiple characters, male and female. I forgot there was only one narrator. It was a real pleasure to listen to! This is a "must listen"!

Plain FUN
This book was plain FUN! Not only did we have characters you love to hate but this author adds just the right touch of humor to a dark reunion mystery.
Audiobooks are the best way to spend time in a vehicle and this one is quick enough to digest in two average traffic jams or a drive "up north." Of course you may find yourself driving around the block a time or two to hear just one more chapter. Holly has the talent of leaving us wanting to know what happens next.
Klarinda Snow bought a cozy little B&B type inn. With it she inherited a couple of long~term employees, at least one of which has her own opinions and is not afraid to voice them. For the first time in 2 years, the rooms are mainly booked by single occupants. Unusual. They show up saying they were invited and the rooms paid for. Klarinda has no idea what they are talking about. This sounds like a British house party or real life game of Clue. It isn't long before "accidents" begin to happen. Even the weather cooperates -- with a killer. An early twist is that these people DO remember each other from boarding school.
The police who respond to these incidents at the Inn seem to be unprepared for so much activity and prefer to consider them accidents rather than suspicious. Poor Klarinda doesn't know where to turn or who could be targeting her innocent place of business. How can she protect those still alive? People keep wandering off.
I don't want to give away the plot. You will be glued to your seat, holding your breath and not prepared for the next shoe (or something heavier) to drop.

Modern Day Agatha Christie
I really enjoyed this book. It is the perfect modern-day murder mystery. It reminds me of the Clue Game or an Agatha Christie novel but with a contemporary edge. The narrator does a great job with the part. The main character is relatable and you feel for her plight. If you are looking for a fun Christmas story and like murder mysteries then you'll be intrigued with this novella. I only wish the author had more murder mysteries available on audible!

Mistletoe Manor...Dare ya, Ha!
Klarinda Snow, the Inn Keeper, and the cast of quirky characters in this story, both employees and guests at the Inn, will keep you turning the pages of this delightfully intriguing murder mystery until you get to the very end. Seven guests, a winter storm that keeps them stranded at the Inn and someone with revenge in their plan. What more do you need? Who makes it out alive? Can you figure out who the murderer is? You'll think you know, but do you? Really?
I found this to be a most enjoyable read and listen. It is my first book by this author and I really love her writing style. I'm off to check out her other books as soon as I can.
The narrator, Christopher Lane, was engaged and very easy to listen to.

Delightful Listen!
Murder at Mistletoe Manor by Holly Tierney-Bedord is a delightful listen. The characters are quirky, and some endearing. The suspect list is long, and the killer is not obvious. The book has an original storyline, and the mystery is very well done. I loved the twists. Christopher Lane performed this book wonderfully. He gave distinguished voices to the characters, and I could hear who was speaking.

A Work in Progress
Bought this book for a short road trip. At first, I thought it would be like an early Agatha Cristie. Then, it the plot and characters just unraveled. I finished it, but probably won't buy anymore if it becomes a series.

Delightfully Agatha Christie-esqe
This book took me by surprise in all of the best ways. it was written simply yet artfully and it was performed perfectly. the setting was festive without being cheesy and the mystery was a wonderful call back to an Agatha Christie trope that can go badly if done the wrong way. I will listen to this book every Christmas.

Unusual Plot
Mistletoe Manor, has 7 guests. Each of which received and all expensed paid trip to there. The innkeeper received an envelope with ten thousand to cover expenses. No one knows who is behind this, charade or is it truly a gift. Not when murder is involved, and they are dropping. A clue game in the making to see why it was being done.
