Learned new skills to make friends!
This book had good advice on making new friends, which seems obvious but really struck me when I was listening to it. Be genuinely interested in others. The book taught me to ask good questions, actually listen, and remember people’s names. These aren't skills that come easily to me but I appreciate the kickstart to putting a better social foot forward! Lol.

Young Adults Need to Hear This!
Today's young adults, I don't think, are well equipped to deal with a lot that life brings. This really helps. It talks about how to manage money, how to stay on top of responsibilities (something MANY of us can get better at!), and even helps with knowledge on how to land a job. There is also information about building strong relationships--another lesson most of us need, young and old. There is also advice on time management. This audiobook has some very useful information to help young adults "be better" and more confident. Great listen!

Time is just as important as money!
This book really drove home the idea that time is just as valuable as money. Every time I say “yes” to something, I’m saying “no” to something else—whether that’s rest, relationships, or opportunities that actually matter. Learning this helped me set boundaries and be more intentional with how I spend my time. I really recommend this book.

Enjoying Independence.
I like that this book talked about independence - the freedom to make choices that support moving ahead in life without regret. I found the book was written in an engaging way and I thought the narrator was easy to listen to. I would recommend this book with no hesitation.

Lots of Great Information
This book offers lots of great information. It is well-written and well-presented with lots of topics covered in sufficient depth as to make it valuable. The section that particularly spoke to me was the chapter on applying for and attending job interviews. I found that to be particularly specific and helpful, and I wish I had had that information when I was a young adult. It would have been hugely valuable.

The Definitive How-To Book for Gen Z-ers
This is an excellent book for young people that offers valuable advice on living wisely. Reading has the potential to significantly improve the lives of many young individuals, helping them avoid the pitfalls that older generations had to learn the hard way. I wish I had discovered a book like this when I was younger. The only aspect I didn't like about this audible version was the narrator's voice, which I found dull. I might have enjoyed the book more with a younger narrator, but that's just my opinion. Still, the book deserves 5 stars for its content.

Not-Boring Budgeting :-)
Budgeting was something I thought would be boring and uninspiring. However, I've also been there when I've spent too much and I don't know how to pay my bills. It's scary. This book pointed out that once you know where your money is going, you get to decide what you actually want to spend it on. I actually learned alot by listening to this book.

A Very Balanced Book!
I gave this book to my son, but I listened to it myself first. This book is packed full of good practical advice for young people just starting out. There was advice I hadn't even thought to give, but it made sense. It deals with the pragmatic like how to budget but also deals with important things, like how to develop a positive relationship. Totally recommend this one!

Managing Stress!
I didn't really think about managing stress as an adult skill, but this book pointed out how important as an adult it is to learn to manage stress levels. It made perfect sense once I thought about it. This book is a very comprehensive look at the skills people need to develop to adult effectively. Its very well thought out and comprehensive. I enjoyed it.
