Very Nice
My oldest is three years old and I think this is a great way to start to introduce her to mindfulness and meditation techniques. I think this would be the perfect age for a five-year-old and older though because my three-year-old doesn’t totally understand but it’s still a nice tool to have and to start working on. Interesting
These are great activities for your younger kids and I recommend them for a younger age group. Because I liked the yoga pretzels so much, I was hoping the activities in mindful kids would be more adaptable for my older students. I was given a free review copy of this audio book at my request.

Nice exercises.
I like the pictures but so far some of the activities have to be modified for this age group. Definitely appropriate when discussing emotions with 8-10 year olds, especially girls.I was given a free copy of this audio book at my request and have left this review voluntarily.
