I was shocked to discover the stats that by 2025, 3 out of every 4 workers globally will be Millennials. Currently there are 40 million Millennials in the workplace. In the last 5 years, 87% of Millennial workers took on management roles
vs. 38% of GenX and just 19% of Boomers. This means everyone who markets to or hires those born between 1981 and 1997 must understand how to engage with this next generation of senior leaders.
