About this listen

 After being diagnosed with chronic migraines, I would have to embark on a personal journey centered around losing and grieving the future I had envisioned to re-creating and re-defining myself despite the debilitating pain I found myself in.

I also realized just how little the general public understood the condition - particularly regarding how the pain differed from simply being "headaches" to how and why it impacted my life so much.

It was then that I decided to sit down and write this book, hoping to shed light on this condition from the perspective of living with it.
