The first book was more gender neutral and was all about procrastination and it was streamlined, in-depth without being dry or repetitive, and engaging with lot of external references to experts/research from universities. I learned a lot!

This ADHD book was a bit of an interesting experience. At first, the slow narration and deep voice threw me off and I wondered if I'd be able to get through the book— But soon after, I actually started to feeling my mind slow down and I was able to pay attention more. It was strange and totally unexpected but very cool if it was done intentionally. Beyond that, I really loved how the book didn’t just dwell on the struggles of ADHD. It made a point to highlight the upside—how all that mental noise actually fuels creativity and unique perspectives. The book encourages leveraging the powers of a busy ADHD mind instead of solely trying to manage it and it never makes you feel lesser than, which I really appreciated.
