Where does Mediterranean Diet rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I enjoy having mediterranean meals but I was a bit sceptical when I heard about the mediterranean diet. At first, I thought that this is just another fad diet that won't work and now I am glad that I decided to give it a try. With these audiobooks I am finally able to eat what I want, lose weight, and feel healthy because recipes don't demand drastic lifestyle changes or to empty your wallet. I'm very excited to try all of them, I highly recommend this material!Value for the money!

Jessica Bellinger does a fantastic job of narrating and it was really easy to follow along. I paused a couple times to jot down recipes or steps, but it wasn't a big deal at all. I really enjoyed listening to this and as always, Valerie Childs does an amazing job of including information instead of just jumping into a collection of recipes.
Great addition to my collection of amazing recipe audiobooks.

I really like the carrot sticks and hummus recipe. My husband doesn't really care for carrots. But the hummus made the difference. It's a very healthy snack. I would definitely make it for Thanksgiving, since my in-laws love hummus.Delicious and healthy Mediterranean recipes

What made the experience of listening to Mediterranean Diet the most enjoyable?
I must admit that I am personally an admirer of the Mediterranean diet, because I love fish and fruits very much. I was also so glad to hear that healthy eating is possible while still including cheese, pasta and bread in your meals.These audiobooks are a well written, comprehensive, all-you-need-to-know overview of the Mediterranean diet. The huge variety of foods that are allowed is awesome, and the guide for the beginners is very useful and informative. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Would you listen to Mediterranean Diet again? Why?
My doctor recommended this type of cooking and this audio book has everything I've ever needed about the Mediterranean diet. The recipes are very well explained and the food is GREAT!!! Aside from losing your weight, this diet has positive effects on coronary health and diabetes. What is great about this diet is that it doesn't sounds like a diet because it is very easy to follow. I've lost a few pounds and more importantly I feel much better!Delicious and full of helpful info

Her calm and easy to listen to voice. I can close my eyes and listen to the recipes as she describes why they are good for you and how to prepare them.Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I really enjoyed Mediterranean diet recipes featured in this book because Mediterranean food is very healthy and mostly vegetarian. I was raised vegetarian and finding tasty recipes and new ideas are semi rare.Great recipes
