About this listen
Uplifting melodies performed on keyboards, harmonium, and thumb piano are blended with world percussion, Sanskrit chants, and the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. Listening and even chanting along with this inspiring recording will help you to create both inner and outer harmony as you connect with your own natural source of health, vitality and well being.
Clinical studies demonstrate that sound and guided-imagery meditation can boost the immune system, decrease stress hormones, lower heart rate and blood pressure, and induce alpha and theta brainwave patterns that are associated with the production of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers.

NOT GREAT
TOO MUCH VOICE BEHIND THE MUSIC. VOICE OF DR. GAYNOR NOT PLEASANT TO THE EARS. POSSIBLY HE COULD HAVE USED A NARRATOR WITH A MORE PLEASANT VOICE OR HE COULD HAVE USED LESS NARRATIVE FOR THE MEDITATIONS AND SIMPLY SAID HERE IS THE MUSIC FOR MEDITATION. I WAS NOT ABLE TO FOLLOW THE VISUALIZATIONS. COULD BE USEFUL FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO MEDITATION
