This audiobook I have listened to for over 20 years, over and over again.
I keep learning nuisances, sometimes I forget I’m in pain & then I catch myself, and I learn something all over again. This is Audiobook is timeless, and an absolute comfort in any storm. All the basics are in this audiobook. Like I imagine, how the Bible is for Christians…, I can return to “Meditations for Beginners”, again & again. Something’s I learn all over again, and sometimes I finally get what Jack was meant to tell me, all along. Then, surprises, surprise…, Jack has made dozens of audiobooks. Do the world outside your walls a favor, and keep learning. NEVER set any of them down. Thank you Jack, in San Francisco, and now again in Chicago, again and again❤️

This is a wonderful audio book, the authors voice is soft and relaxing. His descriptions and instructions are insightful. I am really enjoying learning how to meditate.

Really great for deepening my understanding of meditation
I’m not a beginner to meditation, but had many old ideas about it that I’ve brought into my practice for years. I had gotten to a place of stagnation and complacency, so I wanted to search for new meaning and ideas of meditation and I found this audio book. It has revolutionized my thoughts and approach to meditation in a very short time.

Perfect book to get started.
I am certified yoga teacher that has always struggled with meditation. Taking the time, what to meditate on, where, how long, etc. Since buying this book on audible, I have been able to set aside 2 mornings per week to focus on this important practice. So thankful, highly recommend! Looking for the next book now!
