If you could sum up Meal Prep in three words, what would they be?
I found quite a few tasty and healthy recipes. The recipes are easy to make. I am not a new cook, but I did find quite a few recipes that my family enjoyed.Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
It's almost 1 hr and 46 mins.. 2 days to finish it.Any additional comments?
I love this cookbook! It contains a large variety of recipes. There are also several different recipes for different cooking methods (slow cooker, oven, etc.). I have tried several of the recipes so far with success. The meals that I made were delicious. The best part is that all the recipes in this book are extremely simple and quick to make. It saves me a lot of time on busy days.I love this cookbook
