I love this book. It’s very informative and easy to understand. The methods in this book will give you faster results and effective workouts. Exellent information
I'm one of those people that quickly get bored with exercising or find it just hard work with no motivation to carry on. But Listening to this audible you find it so much easier and now understand so much more than I did, even your breathing and how to do it correctly. I have now worked out a routine that I intend to stick to, so would say this is a good book even if your are brand new to working out.
Narration is easy to follow in a very clear manner and I especially like the fact there are routines for everyone no matter what stage you are at. It's like you have your own fitness trainer who gives you so much motivation, you only need to start the audio to feel you need to work out.

I Highly recommend this book
There is no doubt that this is a book anyone who is interested in getting their desired body should listen to, because not only does the narrator take the time to carefully explains how it is so important to focus on the process of obtaining the body you want and not trying to just achieve the goal, but you can also really enjoy listening to it because the information is not only interesting and detailed, but it is also enjoyable to hear the narrator helping along the way. Hey! Listening to this audiobook is like having a coach right next to you. I highly recommend this book.

I have maximised my workouts!
I go to the gym often although recently have got stuck in a rut with my routine and workouts. This book was exactly what i needed to pick up my game. From mind to muscle is such a great concept that has made a huge impact on my training. I love the chapter on rest and recovery which sounds so simple, but after listening I have such a better understanding and have confidence in my new regime, thanks to this book!
