Finally, Letting Go Makes Sense

Being Vulnerable without Feeling Weak
I had a really hard conversation with my sister last week, and I was terrified to be honest about how hurt I was. Normally I would just pretend everything's fine. I remembered the chapter about vulnerability and decided to just tell her the truth. To my surprise, she actually listened and opened up too.

Learning to Sit with Tough Feelings
Usually, when I feel anxious, I scroll on my phone or clean like a maniac just to avoid it. After one chapter, I tried just sitting on my couch and letting the feeling be there, like the author suggested. It wasn’t comfortable, but it passed quicker than when I fought it. I learned that avoiding my emotions was making them louder. Now, I try to give my feelings five minutes before reacting, and it’s helping.

Letting Go is the Key!
This audible is packed with info that I found very helpful. The emotional baggage we often carry can really weigh us down and distract us from the important things is life. This book gives step-by-step instructions on how to achieve freedom and literally "let it go!" This book is a great resource and I will be listening to it again.

Absolutely love this book!
This book addresses the thing that I find catches us all from time to time - forgiveness and letting things go. Why? So you can live your fullest and best life! This book delved deep into how and why this happens and takes you through meaningful steps to start letting things go. I loved it and it's an absolute must-read!
