Learning to work with my ADHD not against
I thought having ADHD was not fun as a kid, but as an adult, it is even less so. I wanted to find a way to work with my ADHD and not against it and came across this audiobook. The book is expertly written, and the audio is super easy to follow. I am learning key skills to master my ADHD and impact my daily life. I have already seen changes and know I will continue to advance as time goes on. I am so excited about the future and my new self.

Making ADHD Manageable
I got this book for my husband since ADHD makes stuff like organizing and focusing super hard for him, but I started flipping through it and got hooked. It’s full of really simple ideas that actually make sense, like how to break down big tasks or deal with emotions without freaking out. There’s even stuff on how to explain ADHD to people without feeling judged, which is pretty cool. If ADHD makes life feel like a mess, this book is definitely worth a try.
