Literally simple holistic strategies.
Longevity is a good resource for growing older with grace. The author uses her heathcare background to present ways to increase energy and mental clarity (my main concern). There are clear steps to take to help with our mental, physical, and spiritual selves. I'm always looking for ways to stay healthy and get healthier as I'm getting older and this is a good audiobook to listen to for that. I also liked the boosting self-esteem aspects. Thank you!

Longterm health and wellness has never seemed so achievable
I just loved that these concepts apply to anyone. I’m 24 years old, and found so many nuggets of gold to start implementing to make sure that I age well. I really appreciate the narrator as well! Not too wild, but not too dry either

Tips to feel your best!
I really liked how this audiobook focused on small, realistic changes that can make a big difference overtime. I did not like how repetitive it was and think it would have been better without the repetition. All of the repetition made it longer than it needs to be. The advice on boosting energy, staying sharp and feeling more confident was easy to understand, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed by it. It was a good mix of physical mental and emotional wellness without being pushy.
