Seeing all the forces lined up against this fourteen year-old girl rubs Lisa the wrong way. The odds are all stacked against the kid, so she decides to even them.

With the help of two friends she takes on the brutal Keepers as well as the Black Lotus ninja, yakuza, and assorted gangsters, all to protect a kid she knows nothing about. Can she overcome such impossible odds? And even if she saves the Kid, what then? Whole governments are afraid of her. Should Lisa be afraid too?
