So so good!
I tend to read a lot of “self help” books and there are very few occasions where I feel the “aha” moment. This one however was it. I can’t pinpoint exactly what caught my full attention except that Lisa is incredibly relatable and talks about things in a realistic manner. I giggled, I cried, I took notes and then told all my friends to read it. Because it really is THAT good!
