As an anxious person, I frequently look for new management techniques, and I ended up listening to this audiobook and it was a success. Many of the techniques are common, but others were new to me, like the sequence of questions designed to stop anxiety symptoms or prevent them in the first place. The emotional regulation strategies for consistently building healthy relationships were also very helpful.

Chapter 9 is crucial because no anxiety management technique is truly effective if we don’t build a healthy lifestyle. This was one of the chapters I enjoyed the most.

The only downside for me is that we never learn who the author is. I would’ve loved to know more about them and why they have such valuable advice to share.
