Predictable
I think this would have been better if the author gave an overview then had people do this one step at a time. I started this just out of curiosity, by the end I was feeling all the negativity. People who say you can find the time obviously have loads of time. I work two full time jobs. I'm supposed to have an exercise regime, spend time in the sun, write a journal about anything and another journal about happiness. I read in bed on my Kindle but that has to stop. No electronics or light before bed! Make lists about hard philosophical questions. Trying to find time to do one of these would be intense. But he just kept adding more and more time consuming things you need to do to get rid of negativity.
Unfortunately by the last page I felt so overwhelmed and I went from fine and happy to feeling negative about this book. I worked a shift and slept before writing this review, the moment I saw the picture all the negativity came right back.
