very useful phrases and dialogues
This is one of the few Wolof Lesson book. Just repeat, memorize and have fun.

Good wolof book
This is a good book for learning wolof but I would not recomend it to total beginners. Start with the app Easy wolof or uTalk or some other material for beginners.
The speed is quite high so I put it on 0, 85. I liked the male voice (Wolof) and the female (English). I could not acess the pdf so I just listen many times and try to write down what they are saying.

Could be better
It will give you a start but not very detailed and goes through each phrase very quickly.
